Shipping Options
- Free (Tracked) Shipping – Free on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Express (Tracked) Shipping – £6.88. Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment, converted to your local currency where applicable.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales, launches or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates that start once your order has shipped. Carrier delays, customs checks, local postal issues and public holidays may extend them.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. Aria Brow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order is later than the estimated delivery time, please contact us at infoariabrow@gmail.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
